ValueStar is changing their business model and is no longer conducting satisfaction survey ratings. So we took a screenshot of our testimonials off of their website before they decided to make the change. ValueStar's brand was validated by the PRI (Public Research Institute of the San Fransisco State University). While they are no longer validating public reseach in this way, the PRI offered a unique third party validation to customer satisfaction ratings.
